My name is Gavin Burns and I’m a full-time student at ARCC. I am currently studying for an associates degree in business, of which I am expected to graduate in May of 2027. This website serves as both a portfolio of my skills and demonstrates my ability to develop websites.

I have and am taking a number of courses to help in the business field, some of which include:

  • Internet Essentials
  • Decision Making Using Excel
  • Developing Web Pages

For the upcoming semester, I will be continuing to take more courses in business and adjacent subjects to help further my knowledge in the field all the while getting closer to that degree.

Outside of education, I am quite knowledgeable about a number of Adobe programs as well as a few non-digital mediums. In my spare time, I quite enjoy making both digital and physical art and playing games online with friends.

Maintained focus on greeting and assisting customers throughout the day with locating and/or retrieving many products. Assisted in bulk loading for customers, as well as ensuring that shelves were properly stocked and displayed neatly.

Assembly Worker – May 2024 to Jan 2025

Graco – Rogers, MN

Worked in multiple positions between different deparments of the warehouse. Kept up production pace to meet quotas through efficient management of supplies by keeping them stocked. Assembled smaller product components for use in the work of following shifts.

Dishwasher – Sept 2021 to Aug 2023

Pizza Ranch Buffet – Champlin, MN

Managed the order of the buffet’s dish room efficiently to ensure cooks and customers alike had what they needed available. Maintained a clean work area throughout shifts, removing food debris and other trash regularly.
