An Introduction
Hello! My name is Taylor Rosenow. I am currently studying Social Media Marketing at Anoka Ramsey Community College and will attain my certificate next spring (2026). Social Media Marketing is new to me, but the interest came about from my job. I found I was enjoying a sense of creativity and wanted to find a way to use that to help the company I work for. As I began thinking about this, an opportunity to be the Communication Specialist at my church came up. It has been so much fun to be taking classes and using the class material in real time!
A Little History
After graduating High School in 2012, I was beyond excited to leave home and start my college career. Like many students, I started with a plan that quickly unraveled. It took me about to years to get to a school that was right for me and to find a major that felt like the correct fit. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from Minnesota State University – Moorhead in 2017. While college had its struggles I fully enjoyed my college classes. I was diligent in my work and got good grades, even becoming a point of contact when my friends has questions about course material! It took a while to get through college, but it was an extremely proud moment to be able to walk onstage and collect my degree!
After graduating, I’ve had several jobs (see below for more information). It took a while to find the right fit but I learned so much along the way! Now I am working full time as a Sales/Design Consultant for Minnesota Tile & Stone where I get to help people create their dream homes. I’m also working part time for my Champlin United Methodist Church as the Communications Specialist, which allows me to manage their social media accounts and website. There’s been a bit of a learning curve but I’ve enjoyed it immencely. On top of these two jobs I’m also in school part time for Social Media Marketing.
